MOST OF THE ARTICLES in this section have been built around the idea that we can have better land use by following the patterns of biological nature. This is an important, even crucial, concept, but in our enthusiasm for it we run the danger of forgetting that there is more to nature than just biology and ecology - indeed there may be whole vast facets of nature to which we are mostly blind. If we look at other cultures, we find that many of them - including the Chinese, the Egyptians, and the neolithic Europeans - were greatly concerned about "energy paths" and "power points" in the earth about which our culture knows essentially nothing. We used to brush these old ideas aside as mere superstition, but we may now slowly be learning a lesson from Chinese medicine.

Traditional Chinese medicine also spoke of mysterious "energy meridians" and "pressure points" that did not correspond to any aspect of physical anatomy known to Western medicine. At first medical doctors thought it was all nonsense, but then they began to see consistent successful results from acupuncture and acupressure. As a culture, we have had to admit that, even though we don't thoroughly understand it, these aspects of Chinese medicine are dealing with something real.

The earth energies so important to these old cultures may be a similar phenomenon, but in this case for the body of the earth. The evidence is slimmer, but the parallels are very suggestive. What offends the traditional Western scientific mind about all this, however, is that detecting these energies requires trained humans, not just mechanical instruments. The ancient Chinese science of these earth energies, known as Feng-Shui (literally "wind and water"), used a combination of naturalistic observations, instruments such as their geomantic compass, and personal sensitivity to detect these subtle energies. The results obtained from these techniques were used to place buildings, vegetation, roads, etc. in positions that would harmonize most positively with the observed energy patterns.

The subject of the following interview deals with a similar case of a technique that mixes instrumentation and human sensitivity and claims to detect and affect subtle energies that are not normally recognized by Western science. Because of this blend of mind and electronics it is now known as "psychotronics," although when it first developed it was called "radionics." It got started many decades ago when some inventors were attempting to use certain circuits to analyze mineral specimens, but found that their readings were influenced by nearby plants and people. They changed direction, and have steadily explored the interaction between their equipment and the living world around them.

The validity of all this is definitely controversial, and my intention in including this material is not to "sell" you on the idea of psychotronics, one way or the other, but simply to explore beyond the edges of the comfortably known and remind ourselves that the land may hold mysteries beyond anything we have yet imagined.

Peter Kelly, an electronics engineer turned inventor and teacher, is the director of Interdimensional Sciences (PO Box 167, Lakemont, GA 30552) and first vice-president of the U.S. Psychotronics Association (3459 West Montrose Ave, Chicago, IL 60618). Leslie Aickin lives in Port Townsend, WA, and is a personal friend of Peter.

Leslie: How does psychotronics work?

Peter: It is really very simple, if you first understand what modern physics has discovered: Everything in this universe seems to be patterns of energy at its primary level, and it is these patterns of energy crossing and recrossing their nodal points and their resonant points that make the physical universe, or seem to. They create a holographic pattern which is the physical substance itself. Psychotronics is a way of tuning into these patterns of energy - these nodal points of crossing or points of resonance, whatever you want to call them.

Leslie: How do you do that tuning, what equipment do you use?

Peter: Our tuners are rectangular boxes, about 2 feet long, by 1.5 feet high by 1 foot deep, filled with various electronic components, and functioning somewhat like a bridge circuit in ordinary electronics. As you may know, a bridge circuit has three known sides plus a fourth side that can be filled by an unknown component to be tested. In a similar way, a psychotropic tuner detects the energy fields around whatever you put into it.

Leslie: Where do you put the specimen that you are working with?

Peter: Into an input well. You then turn the dials connected to the variable capacitors, and (here's where it gets a little tricky) you have to rub an acrylic plate at the same time until your fingers stick to the plate. The operator has to be trained to do this successfully.

Leslie: So the operator winds up being part of the whole circuit?

Peter: Normally. We've had some success with a system that does away with the operator, but it's still in the experimental stages.

Leslie: What then do you do with these techniques?

Peter: When you can tune into something and attune to an aspect of it, then its possible to modify its patterns of energy, and thus to affect the physical substance that is based on these patterns. For example, if you have a pattern that corresponds to a e coli bacteria and you were to transpose this pattern electronically and feed it back 90 degrees out of phase, in theory, you would see that the two opposite wave forms should cancel out, which would mean that the e coli would be cancelled out, and that is what we find to be the case in working with primitive organisms. Particularly in agriculture, things in their larval stage, or their simpler stages, are most amenable to cancellation or elimination.

Leslie: On the physical plane would you be observing dying?

Peter: Not dying, disappearing.

Leslie: So you wouldn't have a remnant form or body?

Peter: No, not in the very simple organisms. In a more complex one, you would have some remnants, but in the simple ones they just go back to their native materials, like water and basic energy. I know in research that has been done in, for example, corn borers, the corn borers literally dissolve in the ear of corn itself. You see the path leading down into where they were and just a wet smear, and that is all that is left of them, to be reabsorbed by the corn.

That is where psychotronics has come from. The direction it is going to is completely different. We've started taking to heart a lot of what Dr. Phillip Challahan has been saying. He is an entomologist with the USDA out of Gainsville FL, and author of the books Tuning In To Nature, Soul Of The Ghost Moth, and Ancient Mysteries, Modern Visions. In his books he shows that the structure of the insects themselves make them receptors for microwave level radiation or near infrared - very high microwave - and that the signal that comes off of, say, a field of unhealthy corn broadcasts to these insects and attracts them. So our approach nowadays, rather than trying to kill anything (since everything has its place in nature somewhere, even the insects in cleaning up diseased corn or unbalanced crops), would be to raise the vitality of the plant, raise the vitality of the field, so that the insects are no longer attracted to them in the first place.

Leslie: In addition to no longer attracting damaging insects, does healthy corn also attract helpful organisms?

Peter: Absolutely. In connection with this we could go in a number of different directions, but let's start with the soil. Over the years, the soils in most fields have become literally a witch's brew of chemicals in various levels. First, they have put on mineral type fertilizers that tend to make the soil more full of salt every year, which means less conducive to life. Second, they have been using herbicides and pesticides to try to eliminate the problems that their unhealthy soil has caused.

We take that soil and in enough instances have demonstrated that first, we can neutralize these various chemicals that have been placed on these fields over many years. Second, we can clean out any imbalances in the fields that existed in the first place. Then we match the soil to any of a number of varieties of seeds. In effect, what we're saying is, "OK, you seeds, which of you can grow best in this type of soil?"

Leslie: You use a psychotronics device in order to determine this?

Peter: Oh yes, and find out what nutrients are available in the field, and then comparing it to what the plant would need through to its full production as a crop. Then we can potentize or add energy of the seed back to the seed. Now that seems strange unless you can remember that because everything is patterns of energy, if we take the pattern of energy off of a seed, then we can replicate that pattern of energy and cast it back to the same seed. Next we take the fertilizer that shows best suited to the seed and the soil, and take out any factors that show to be detrimental to either the seed or the soil. Before we apply the fertilizer, after we have cleaned it out and balanced it, we can potentize it, which means that if before you needed a ton per acre, now you only need 200 pounds per acre. And then we can find out what the seed and later the plant is going to need all the way until it is harvested as far as additional minerals or nutrients or whatever.

Leslie: So you can set up a program to encourage maximum health for the plant throughout its whole cycle?

Peter: Right through to harvest. What we are trying to do is to take the very inexact science of agriculture and make it a more exact science so that a farmer doesn't have to spend as much to produce, and yet what he does produce is very high in quality. To give you an example, one of our farmers last year had a total planting cost per acre for corn of $29/acre, compared to a national average of about $120/acre.

He's taking his own manure, turning it into compost, and balancing it and potentizing it using his psychotropic techniques. He is getting equivalent yields to anyone in his neighborhood, yet spending only 1/4 what they are. His product doesn't mold, doesn't spoil, has very high sugar readings because of the way he is producing it. We have other farmers who have sugar (Brix) readings on their alfalfa hay that are astounding, up around 30% sugar range, which is unheard of. Having such a high quality, such a high natural sugar level, the stuff doesn't spoil.

Leslie: So storage becomes an easier function as well?

Peter: Absolutely. The way it's been done in the past is that the old salesman comes up to the farm and says, "Well, how many acres you going to do in corn this year?" And the farmer says, "Well, I'm going to do 200 acres in corn." And the guy says, "You are going to need X tons of fertilizer, when do you want it, and how are you going to pay for it?" And he just takes what they bring him.

Leslie: Which is a very low labor approach in one way of looking at it, not in the long term, but in the sort term. Do you find that farmers using your type of fertilizing program put more labor into the care of their fields, as opposed to more money?

Peter: There is a balance struck. For example, it doesn't take much thinking to realize that if you are spending $29 or $30 per acre as opposed to $120 per acre, somewhere in there is a $90 per acre premium that you are going to get, and you can afford to spend a little bit more time in doing your own composting.

Leslie: How would you characterize the people who seem to be attracted to using psychotronics as an alternative to conventional methods?

Peter: The ones that are at the bitter end, one step away from bankruptcy.

Leslie: They have one more crop to make it or break it?

Peter: That's right. And once they have turned things around and at least break even for that year, once they see how what we're doing is cost effective, then they're sold for life. Now some of the farmers that we've trained have taken the better part of a year to get their land clear, to get their animals cleaned out, to get the cows so that they don't have chronic mastitis, or whatever. But if they stick with it, they get results. For example, there are all sorts of tests they do on milk and on dairy herds in most states. Typical is what they call a somatic cell count of the milk. Up to something like a million cells is relatively safe. We have farmers now that (without putting any antibiotics in their feed like most others do) are getting somatic cell counts under 100!

They also don't have a lot of abortion taking place in the cows, which has been a big problem for a lot of farmers. These guys clean and balance their feed and water, and also work on their crops. So something is happening, it's real, and it's affecting their bottom line where everything is affected in the end.

Leslie: What kind of time commitment does your training take?

Peter: My best answer is as much time as they have to spare.

Leslie: This is for basic training in how to use psychotronics equipment and becoming familiar with their fields and that sort of thing?

Peter: Yes, and then the big thing of course is taking it home and using it. Those that do are becoming very successful. Those that put it on the side or just say well, you know, maybe this isn't what I thought it should be, end up without any real gain. It is not something you can do a little of, you have to make a commitment to work on these things, as we teach, and if they do, then we virtually guarantee they will have changes in their operation. We haven't lost a farmer yet, once they got hold of what we're doing, which is pretty remarkable when you consider the rate of farm bankruptcies in recent years.

Leslie: How do these farmers hear about psychotronics in the first place?

Peter: Everything has been word of mouth so far. One guy telling his neighbor who tells his neighbor who tells a relative in another state and they are curious, or they have a friend that's curious, and they have heard of it or something. We have as yet to advertise anything we've ever done and yet, between the personal classes and the agricultural classes, we've trained over 2000 people in five years.

Leslie: That's a substantial number of farmers, Peter.

Peter: Yes, and it's going up exponentially, too.

Leslie: How widespread is psychotropic farming? Where do the people come from?

Peter: I've had people from Hawaii, Maine, California, Washington State, Idaho, just about every state in the U.S.. I've got apple orchards in Connecticut and Vermont, dairy farmers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin. All through the farm belt, everywhere. As a matter of fact, I can't think of a single state where I haven't trained at least one person so far, plus many from other countries also.

Leslie: Do you find that the people who are using psychotronics with farming come from any particular age group or educational background?

Peter: No, we've had them from 18 years old to the late 70s in the classes we've taught. In fact we've had one elderly couple from western Virginia that have a goat farm. We also get people from many different religious and philosophical backgrounds. In addition to all the usual denominations, we've had Amish, Mennonites, and others of the "plain people," as they call themselves.

Leslie: So the people who are using it, then, are not necessarily people who are already predisposed to alternative solutions?

Peter: Exactly. For some of them, that's the farthest thing from their minds. We feel very comfortable about that because we're creating a level of awareness that is affecting the whole nation, not just a specialized group of freethinkers.

Leslie: How does what you are doing with psychotropic farming relate to approaches like biological agriculture and permaculture?

Peter: It adds a whole other dimension and puts you 5 years ahead right away because you can absolutely see the relationships between your land and anything you put on it or do with it. In our training, what we stress, more than any other thing, more than the actual treating of the land, is the capability to know exactly where your land is at - the absolute ability to diagnose.

Leslie: Could the techniques you are developing be used as a technological fix that would still leave some important attitude questions about the land unaddressed?

Peter: I won't claim that these techniques can't be misused, but all our material is set up to teach a person to go for a cause behind a cause behind a cause. For example, at one time the farm family was thought of as the healthiest segment of the population, with all that fresh air, good hard work, and good basic food. But now because of all the chemicals they are using, the farm community is full of stories of heart attacks and early cancers in 20 and 30 year olds and a birth defect level higher than the national average.

So our first emphasis for these folks is for them to get themselves cleaned and balanced, and attitudes are an essential part of this. Once they have done this, then they can do the same thing to everything around them, their animals and then their land.

To make it work, you have to deal with the whole system.

Electronic Mind Control-Brain Zapping

Electronic Mind Control
Brain Zapping
Part One

By Jason Jeffrey

Tense nervous headache? Always run down and irritable? Not feeling yourself? Well maybe that’s because you’re not yourself, rather, you are being controlled from somewhere else by someone or something else.

A few years ago the BBC program “Tomorrow’s World” featured a man whose Parkinson’s Disease symptoms could be controlled by pressing a switch on a handset which in turn operated a tiny device implanted into his brain. No more shaking, no more tears. This is the friendly, caring side of neural implants, but many people believe that dark forces are at work, trying to take over the minds of their targeted subjects via tiny objects inserted into various parts of the body. Even worse, these sinister controllers are beaming strong electromagnetic rays into the minds of innocent victims, influencing their thoughts and emotions.

These shadowy forces take many forms; some say that it’s intelligence agencies like the CIA; others that it’s a secret cabal plotting for control of the world’s population; still others that it’s malicious aliens, the Greys, who use implants as tracking devices so that they can abduct and control their hapless victims anytime and anyplace.

Warnings of new forms of mind control are not just the rantings of so-called ‘conspiracy theorists’ and ‘paranoid cranks’. Nature1 reports on developments in neuroscience as “posing a potential threat to human rights…” Jean-Pierre Changeux, a neuroscientist at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, told a meeting of the French national bioethics committee that advances in cerebral imagining make the scope for invasion of privacy immense. He said that although the equipment needed is still highly specialised, it will become commonplace and capable of being used at a distance. That will open the way for abuses such as invasion of personal liberty, control of behaviour and brainwashing. Denis LeBihan, a researcher at the French Atomic Energy Commission, told the meeting that the use of imaging techniques has reached the stage where “we can almost read people’s thoughts.”

Behavioural Control

American interest in the hypnosis-EMR [electromagnetic radiation] interaction was still strong as of 1974, when a research plan was filed to develop useful techniques in human volunteers. The experimenter, J.F. Schapitz, stated: “In this investigation it will be shown that the spoken word of the hypnotist may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain – i.e., without employing any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously”.2
– Robert O. Becker, Nobel Prize nominee, 1985

Although our modern electronic age has been in existence only since the turn of this century, individuals have claimed that their minds were being remotely influenced and controlled by machines for at least two centuries.

Recorded way back in 1810 is the case of James Tilly Matthews, a London tea broker, who claimed his mind was being controlled by a gang operating a machine he called an “Air Loom” which sent out invisible, magnetic rays from a London cellar. Matthews believed machines like the Air Loom were also controlling the minds of members of the British Parliament. He wrote letters to the MPs warning them about the machines and the conspiracy behind it. Matthews was committed to Bethlem Hospital as being insane.3

It might be easy to dismiss Matthews’ claims of a machine that can control one’s mind because of the early date. However, his is by no means an isolated case.

In 1994 Ronald K. Siegel, a Associate Research Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA, wrote Whispers: The Voices of Paranoia.4 Dr. Siegel, an expert on hallucinations, edited a book on this subject in 1975 with Louis Jolyn West of MKULTRA fame.5

MKULTRA, as well as projects BLUEBIRD, ARTI-CHOKE, CHATTER, CASTI-GATE, MKDELTA, MKNAOMI, THIRD CHANCE, MKSEARCH, MKOFTEN, etc., were covert CIA projects involving many prominent members and institutions of the medical and scientific communities to investigate and experiment with various forms of behaviour modification and control using, in many cases, unwitting human subjects. In operation from the late 1940’s until the early 1970’s, they delved into everything from drugs to hypnosis to electronics.6

Whispers is a collection of case histories of mind control, (or ‘paranoia’ as he calls it) studied by Siegel. One case concerned a man named Tolman who believed his mind was being controlled by computers via a satellite system named POSSE (Personal Orbiting Satellite for Surveillance and Enforcement). Interestingly, author Dorothy Burdick, in her 1982 book Such Things Are Known described what she claimed was her mind control harassment by computers via satellites. She names Siegel as being the inventor of a device named FOCUS (Flexible Optical Control Unit Simulator) which can project hallucinations directly onto the retina so the subjects can’t distinguish the images from reality.7 In Siegel’s book Tolman claims images are being directly transmitted into his brain. Siegel says, “You mean to tell me that here are machines capable of sending visual images directly into the brain?”8

In 1968 Siegel published a professional paper titled “A Device for Chronically Controlled Visual Input” which is a description of a device he developed to project images directly into the brain of experimental animals via the optic nerve. He suggests further experimentation be “conducted on neonates (kittens) which have their total visual stimulation controlled from the time they open their eyes.”9

Thirty years later a team of US scientists wired a computer to a cat’s brain and created videos of what the cat was seeing. One of the scientists working on the project, Garret Stanley of Harvard University, predicts machines with brain interfaces. We can only imagine how far such technology has advanced in the secret research laboratories of the US government and the military/industrial complex.

Unlike Matthews, today’s victims can point to a wealth of documentation confirming how government agencies and research centres have been developing technologies and methods with the same capabilities that people have been describing for two centuries. These technologies involve elements of psychology, hypnosis, political conspiracies, and even devices that emit “rays” to control the behaviour of others without their knowledge or consent.

Biological Process Control

In 1996, the US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board published a 14-volume study of future developments in weapons called New World Vistas. Tucked away on page 89 of an ancillary 15th volume are some hair-raising insights into the future ‘coupling’ of man and machine in a section dealing with ‘Biological Process Control’. The author refers to an ‘explosion’ of knowledge in the field of neuroscience, adding, ominously:

One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set.

Translating the words ‘experience set’ from military jargon into plain English, this means, simply, that they envisage the ability to erase your life’s memories and substitute a new, fictitious set.

By projecting such developments into the future, the authors of New Vistas are camouflaging present day capabilities. A similar futuristic scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War (US Army War College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit declare: “Behaviour modification is a key component of peace enforcement” and “The advantage of [using] directed energy systems is deniability.” The authors ask: “Against whom is such deniability aimed?” The direct answer is “the American people”.

Set in the year 2010, Metz and Kievit write of “perception moulding” and “advanced psycho-technologies” to avoid irksome public protest, but that is just the beginning. The major obstacle, they believe, is that “traditional American ethics [are] a major hindrance,” and thus, sadly “old-fashioned notions of personal privacy and national sovereignty [are to be] changed.”

The future presented by Metz and Kievit sounds like a mixture of George Orwell’s 1984 and the recent movie The Matrix. Individuals unwilling to go along with the revolutionary changes are “identified using comprehensive inter-agency integrated databases.” They will then be “categorized” and “sophisticated computerized personality simulations” will be used “to develop, tailor and focus psychological campaigns for [ie. against] each.”

Other techniques to be used in association with these new mind weapons include ‘morphing’, a present-day ability that controls the distortion of TV images. So, if you are lucky enough not to have your brain electronically scrambled or erased, the electronic news media will be manipulated especially for you, presenting convincing near-real-life visual images through your combined TV set-cum-internet interface.

Silent Sounds

The Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) technology, also known as “S-quad”, was developed by Dr. Oliver Lowery of Georgia, USA, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703 as “Silent Subliminal Presentation System.” The abstract for the patent reads:

A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio-frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude- or frequency-modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.

According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyse human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these “emotion signature clusters” on another computer and, at will, “silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being.”

Judy Wall, writing in Nexus (October-November 1998), says “Silent Sounds, Inc. states that it is interested only in positive emotions, but the military is not so limited. That this is a US Department of Defense project is obvious.”

Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., says this about S-quad in a letter dated 13 December, 1996:

All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and we are not allowed to reveal the exact details… we make tapes and CDs for the German Government, even the former Soviet Union countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of course… The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm (Iraq) quite successfully.

By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude “emotion signature clusters”, synthesise them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it. “These clusters are then placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human being!”

Synthetic Telepathy

Synthetic telepathy is a term used to describe the beaming of words, thoughts, or ideas into a person’s mind by mechanical means, specifically, some type of electromagnetic transmitter, similar to a radio or television broadcast, operating in the microwave frequency band. In recent years thousands of people have come forward claiming to be victims of this frightening technology.

The first officially reported scientific experi-ment documenting a case of synthetic telepathy cannot be found in the academic literature because of the highly secretive nature of the research.

In 1961 Allen Frey, a freelance biophysicist and engineering psychologist, reported that a human can hear microwaves.10 This discovery was dismissed by most United States scientists as being the result of artifact (outside noise).

The more technical description of the experiment is described by James C. Linn.11

Frey... found that human subjects exposed to 1310 MHz and 2982 MHz microwaves at average power densities of 0.4 to 2 mW/cm2 perceived auditory sensations described as buzzing or knocking sounds (also described as clicks or chirps).

The peak power densities were on the order of 200 to 300 mW/cm2 and the pulse repetition frequencies varied from 200 to 400 Hz... Frey referred to this auditory phenomenon as the RF (radio frequency) sound. The sensation occurred instantaneously at average incident power densities well below that necessary for known biological damage and appeared to originate from within or near the back of the head.

Further testing revealed that two requirements were necessary for the subject to hear the microwave induced sound: “good bone conduction and the ability to hear acoustic energy above 5 kHz...”

By 1975 the introduction to a paper by A.W. Guy and others begins, “One of the most widely observed and accepted biologic effects of low average power electromagnetic (EM) energy is the auditory sensation evoked in man when exposed to pulsed microwaves.”12

Present day US Government use of synthetic telepathy was described in the October-November 1994 issue of Nexus:

Directed-energy weapons currently being deployed include, for example, a micro-wave weapon manufactured by Lockheed-Sanders and used for a process known as ‘Voice Synthesis’ which is remote beaming of audio (i.e., voices or other audible signals) directly into the brain of any selected human target. This process is also known within the US Government as ‘Synthetic Telepathy’.

Microwave Zapping

Much of the work done with microwaves was developed by Project Pandora, which was put into place by the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to study the effects of microwaves that were being beamed into the American Embassy in Moscow by the Russians. Some of the findings of the scientists involved with Pandora are quite disturbing. Dr. Joseph C. Sharp and engineer Mark Grove were able to hear and distinguish one-syllable words by pulse-modulated microwaves.13

Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body’s blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects of drugs, as the military is well aware. “Using relatively low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to which the unirradiated population would be immune.”15

Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants – cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up audible radio signals. The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires running from strategic points in the brain to a radio receiver/transmitter located entirely under the skin. Through this device, Delgado was able to stimulate raw emotions such as arousal, anxiety, and aggression with the turn of a knob.16

Of course, secret research by the US Government into microwaves and synthetic telepathy has moved on considerably since the end of the Cold War.

McVeigh: Manchurian Candidate?

Among the many telemetry instruments being used today, are miniature radio transmitters that can be swallowed, carried externally, or surgically implanted.... They permit the simultaneous study of behaviour and physiological functioning.
– Dr. Stuart Mackay, Bio-Medical Telemetry (textbook), 1968

While visiting friends in Decker, Michigan, Timothy McVeigh complained that the Army had implanted him with a microchip, a miniature subcutaneous transponder, so that they could keep track of him. He complained that it left an unexplained scar on his buttocks and was painful to sit on. McVeigh was convicted of the 1995 bombing of a US Government building in Oklahoma City.

Miniaturised telemetrics have been part of an ongoing project by the military and the various intelligence agencies to test the effectiveness of tracking soldiers on the battlefield. The miniature implantable telemetric device was declassified long ago.

According to Dr. Carl Sanders, the developer of the Intelligence Manned Interface (IMI) biochip, “We used this with military personnel in the Iraq War where they were actually tracked using this particular type of device.”

It is also interesting to note that the Calspan Advanced Technology Centre in Buffalo, NY (Calspan ATC), where McVeigh worked, is engaged in microscopic electronic engineering of the kind applicable to telemetrics. Calspan was founded in 1946 as Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory, which included the “Fund for the Study of Human Ecology,” a CIA financing conduit for mind control experiments by emigre Nazi scientists and others under the direction of CIA doctors Sidney Gottlieb, Ewen Cameron, and Louis Jolyn West.

According to mind control researcher Alex Constantine, “Calspan places much research emphasis on bioengineering and artificial intelligence (Calspan pioneered the field in the 1950s).” In his article, “The Good Soldier,” Constantine states:

Human tracking and monitoring technology are well within Calspan’s sphere of pursuits. The company is instrumental in REDCAP, an Air Force electronic warfare system that winds through every Department of Defense facility in the country. A Pentagon release explains that REDCAP “is used to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic-combat hardware, techniques, tactics and concepts.” The system “includes closed-loop radar and data links at RF manned data fusion and weapons control posts.” One Patriot computer news board reported that a disembodied, rumbling, low-frequency hum had been heard across the country the week of the [Oklahoma] bombing. Past hums in Taos, New Mexico, Eugene and Medford, Oregon, Timmons, Ontario and Bristol, England were most definitely (despite specious official denials) attuned to the brain’s auditory pathways.

The Air Force is among Calspan’s leading clients, and Eglin AFB has farmed key personnel to the company. The grating irony – recalling McVeigh’s contention he’d been implanted with a telemetry chip – is that the Instrumentation Technology Branch of Eglin Air Force Base is currently engaged in the tracking of mammals with subminiature telemetry devices. According to an Air Force press release, the biotelemetry chip transmits on the upper S-band (2318 to 2398 MHz), with up to 120 digital channels.

There is nothing secret about the biotelemetry chip. Ads for commercial versions of the device have appeared in national publications. Time magazine ran an ad for an implantable pet transponder in its 26 June, 1995 issue – ironically enough – opposite an article about a militia leader who was warning about the coming New World Order. While monitoring animals has been an unclassified scientific pursuit for decades, the monitoring of humans has been a highly classified project that is but a subset of the Pentagon’s “nonlethal” arsenal. As Constantine notes, “the dystopian implications were explored by Defense News for 20 March, 1995:

Naval Research Lab Attempts To Meld Neurons And Chips: Studies May Produce Army of ‘Zombies.’

Future battles could be waged with genetically engineered organisms, such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by computer chips engineered with living brain cells.... The research, called Hippo-campal Neuron Patterning, grows live neurons on computer chips. “This technology that alters neurons could potentially be used on people to create zombie armies,” Lawrence Korb, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said.

“It’s conceivable,” according to Constantine, “given the current state of the electronic mind control art, a biocybernetic Oz over the black budget rainbow, that McVeigh had been drawn into an experimental project, that the device was the real McCoy.” Timothy McVeigh may have unknowningly been an Army/CIA guinea pig involved in a classified telemetric/mind-control project – a “Manchurian Candidate.”

Soviet Research

A highly secretive battle was being waged behind the scenes during the Cold War in the area of EM weapons (sometimes described as psychotronics) to control and influence the minds of people. It’s only now that some of this research has emerged, but much of it remains hidden and classified. In fact, we know more about Soviet research into this area because it was the Soviet Union that collapsed.

A 1975 issue of the Soviet publication International Life, discussing electronic mind control developments, stated that atmospheric electricity can be used “to suppress the mental activity” of large groups of people. The Soviet journal said that a sonic generator, tuned to an infrasound (below the hearing level) frequency, could create “feelings of depression, fear, panic, terror, and despair.”

In 1977, the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) declassified a report describing how advances in Soviet psychotronic technology can create the ultimate big brother society, by using electronic mind control against populations to implant ideas and thoughts into the heads of unsuspecting victims: “Sounds and possibly even words, which appear to be originating intracranially (within one’s own head), can be induced by signal modification at very low average power densities.”

The DIA report also said that the Soviets discovered that secret microwave radiation can be used to induce in unsuspecting victims: “Headache, fatigue, perspiring, dizziness, menstrual disorders, irritability, agitation, tension, drowsiness, sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and the lack of concentration.”

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, in a manoeuvre identical to Operation Paperclip in World War II,17 Western intelligence agencies obtained all the Soviet research and recruited key personnel working in this sensitive area. Russian research has now all but stopped due to economic crises.

A report in Defense Electronics in the early 1990s said that a Richmond, Virginia firm, Psychotechnologies (believed to be closely tied to the CIA and the FBI) purchased the American rights to Soviet mind control devices.

Defense Electronics described a spring, 1993 meeting between Clinton Administration officials and Soviet psychotronics experts, including Dr. Igor Smirnov. Amongst the US agencies represented at the meetings with Smirnov were the FBI, the CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Advance Research Projects Research Agency. Clinton Administration officials wanted “to determine whether psycho-correction... programs could be undertaken by the US Government. These devices could be used to affect judgment or opinion of decision-makers, key personnel or populaces.”

Clinton defense officials expressed interest that the psychotronic devices could be used “in non-violently” clearing areas of potential enemies, snipers, etc. On the domestic front, psychotronic devices could be used to suppress political dissidents, and any other potential threats to the New World Order.

Also meeting with the Soviet experts were officials from giant international corporations, such as General Motors, and researchers from the National Institute of Mental Health. The 22 August, 1994 Newsweek magazine reported on a secret Arlington, Virginia meeting between experts from the FBI’s Counter-Terrorism Centre and Dr. Smirnov, whose work was described in the publication:

...Using electroencephalographs, Smirnov measures brain waves, then uses computers to create a map of the subconscious and various human impulses, such as anger or the sex drive. Then through taped subliminal messages, he claims to physically alter the landscape with the power of suggestion.

Psychotronic Weapons Research

One man’s name has become synonymous with the field of non-lethal weapons development. Col. John Alexander first became known to the public through his December, 1980 Military Review article titled, “The New Mental Battlefield.” This article clearly describes the lethal nature of many of the so-called “non-lethal” weapons now being developed to control civilian populations. Alexander noted:

Psychotronics may be described as the interaction of mind and matter… The possibility for employment as weaponry has been explored. To be more specific, there are weapons systems that operate on the power of the mind and whose lethal capacity has already been demonstrated.

Describing Soviet development of psychotronic weapons, Alexander stated: “The ability to... cause death can be transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent reason.” These “weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator... The psychotronic weapon would be silent (and) difficult to detect...”

Powerful elite insiders have long known how electromagnetic weapons can be effectively utilised to wage mind control against the population, specifically targeting political dissidents and troublemakers. What of the numerous political activists and investigative journalists who died under mysterious circumstances, many from rare forms of cancer? Could they have been ‘taken out’ by psychotronic weapons? We can only imagine how advanced this technology is today.

President Lyndon Johnson’s Science Adviser, Dr. Gordon J.F. MacDonald wrote the 1968 book, Unless Peace Comes, A Scientific Forecast Of New Weapons.

MacDonald described how man-made changes in the electrical earth ionosphere can be used for mass behaviour control. He said that low frequency electromagnetic oscillations can attack the low frequency electromagnetic brain waves in human beings. He stated, “Perturbation of the environment (by geophysical warfare) can produce changes in behavioural patterns.”

In his 1970 book, Between Two Ages, Zbigniew Brezezinski (a long-time Establishment strategist) described “weather control” as a “new weapon” that is a “key element of strategy.” He added:

Technology will make available, to leaders of major nations, a variety of techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need to be appraised.

Brzezinski predicted the exact types of electromagnetic psychotronic weapons that the US Administration is now developing for mass behaviour control of citizens. He stated:

It is possible – and tempting – to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behaviour... Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth... In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of a very large population in selected regions, over an extended period.

Ultimate Threat to Freedom

As this is being written mankind faces the ultimate threat to what remains of individual liberty and freedom. Our right, our heritage of free will and creative thought is in danger of being permanently denied by insidious technology in the hands of New World Order elitists and their minions who serve a spiritual conspiracy that dwells within, and can be aided by, each of us. It is up to each and every one us to fully resist – on all levels of our being – the attempts by these evil forces to control our thoughts, emotions and actions.

But does this conspiracy extend much further than mere man-made political and economic forces? What of the evidence for a metaphysical component that is working behind the scenes? This question will be dealt with in Part Two of this article.

Part Two of this article will deal with alien abduction, implants and the occult/psychic warfare being waged to control the minds of the world’s population.

PKD, the Unicorn, and Soviet Psychotronics

PKD, the Unicorn, and Soviet Psychotronics

Adam Gorightly

I tried to tell all this to the checkers at Trader Joe's, the food store where we shop, and they cancelled my check-cashing privilege.

PKD, Selected Letters 1977-1979

Philip K. Dick and Ira "the Unicorn" Einhorn, sixties radical activist turned seventies New Age networker cum fugitive ax murderer, began a correspondence in early February of 1978 centered around Dick's firmly held belief that the Russians were beaming psychotronic (RF signal) transmissions via satellite into his already somewhat-disturbed mind. According to Dick - often known for his far-out flights of paranoiac fancy - these "microwave boosted telepathic transmissions" commenced on March 20, 1974, showering Dick with endless reams and streams of visual and audio data. Initially this overpowering onslaught of messages Phil reluctantly received were extremely unpleasant; he termed them "die messages." Within the following week he reported being kept awake by "violet phosphene activity, eight hours uninterrupted." A description of this event in a fictionalized version appears in Dick's brilliant though demented anti-drug novel A Scanner Darkly. The content of this phosphene activity was in the form of modern abstract graphics followed by Soviet music serenading his head, with Russian names and words appearing there as well. The ever-speculating Phil conjectured that a radical drop in GABA fluid in his brilliant but balmy brain might have accounted for these strange voices and images, though he was at a loss to further explain exactly what would have precipitated such a drop in his GABA fluid. This conveniently lent more credence to his original theory, as crazy as it sounded to his own buzzing ears, tuned into this foreign frequency that had invaded his mind.

In recent years various information on remote mind-control technology has filtered into the conspiracy research community through various fringe publications such as Full Disclosure, Resonance, and countless others, including a booklet by a Finnish gentleman named Matti Koski, "My Life Depends On You". Over the years Mr. Koski has been sharing with our mind-controlled world at large his horrifying tale, documenting as it does the discovery of rampant brain tampering committed upon himself and others, including R. Naeslund, another victim of brain research. The perpetrators of these evil-doings allegedly include the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RMCP), the CIA, and Finnish Intelligence among countless other covert intelligence agencies. In Secret and Suppressed, edited by Jim Keith, a remote mind-control testimonial appears entitled "An Open Letter To The Swedish Prime Minister Regarding Electromagnetic Terror", authored by the aforementioned R. Naeslund.

Another legendary figure in the arcane annals of conspiracy research - and ranter extraordinaire - is Kerry Wendell Thornley. Thornley claims that while serving in the Marines with his buddy Lee Oswald he became subject to just this sort of mind control scenario, having had planted into the base of his neck some sort of high-tech implant. This enabled Thornley to receive malevolent transmissions from Military Intelligence or others of that ilk who were tampering with his brain for reasons far too complex to even attempt to broach at this time. It would only swerve us away from the topic at hand into even weirder realms concerning a genetic breeding experiment to which Thornley believes he fell prey at the hands of Nazi Controllers. (Refer to the Kenn Thomas audio interview of Thornley available through Steamshovel Press.)

Along this same twisted line I'm reminded of an incident related to me a few years ago. A close friend suffered a nervous breakdown and was diagnosed paranoid-schizophrenic as a result of malevolent voices he was hearing in his head. My friend believed that a group called "The Laser People" were trying to drive him bonkers (and perhaps succeeded) via lasers which were, perhaps, more accurately psychotronic devices beaming these voices his way. He's doing better these days, I'm glad to say, due to medication that quiets these voices in his mind. But I often wonder if my friend was the unfortunate subject of a mind control experiment. If this is the case, then did his malevolent Controllers meet their objective in that they now have another narcotized subject under their control who poses no threat to their power control structure? I'm not implying my friend was some great threat to this power structure, but he was a rebellious character. If they could do this to him on an experimental basis, then maybe it would work on others whom the Invisible Government deems dangerous.

Dick initiated his correspondence with Ira Einhorn due to a letter written by Einhorn that Phil had read in CoEvolution Quarterly in early 1978. The letter examined the work of Nicola Tesla vis-a-vis the transmission of electric energy through the ether without aid of electrical power lines. During the mid- to late seventies Einhorn had constructed a vast network of contacts with the intent of creating, as he described it, "an international conspiracy to make the planet more livable." Among these contacts was Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden, author of several books including Fer-De-Lance: A Briefing on Soviet Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons, which contends that the Russians - through the use of this hidden technology that Tesla discovered around the turn of the century - had been not only modifying US weather patterns with electromagnetic waves but had also developed a "death ray" they were using in the late seventies/early eighties in Afghanistan.

Ira Einhorn emerged to major media prominence as master of ceremonies for the first "Earth Day" in Philadelphia in 1970. This recognition gave Einhorn immediate access to the best minds of his generation. His networking and consulting skills not only enamored him with to New Age counterculture crowd but also captured the imaginations of such corporate giants as AT&T, who hired Einhorn as a consultant to better tap them into the New Age information highway that was just then getting underway. Shockingly, on April 28, 1979 the remains of Einhorn's long-time girlfriend Holly Maddox were found in a steamer trunk in Einhorn's apartment, the victim of an ax murder. Einhorn was subsequently arrested but he denied murdering Maddox, saying in essence that the CIA had set him up because of certain information to which he'd become privy through his vast network of Aquarian Conspirators. Einhorn hired former Warren Commission lawyer Arlen Spector to represent him, which takes this tale on another sordid twist. Specter was the infamous creator of "The Magic Bullet Theory" which convicted a defenseless Lee Oswald in his grave. While out on bond Einhorn skipped the country and has been seen in recent years in Ireland - among other foreign countries - using a false identity with a new girlfriend. When someone in Ireland discovered his identity, the Unicorn promptly left for parts unknown and the last I heard he is still at large.

Did the Unicorn stumble upon certain dark secrets regarding psychotronics and mind control that led him into a frame-job by Intelligence agents? The evidence against Einhorn - according to Steven Levy in The Unicorn's Secret: Murder in the Age of Aquarius - seems quite incriminating. Even some of Einhorn's staunchest supporters who, when informed of the Maddox murder, stood unflinchingly by his side, afterwards came to doubt Einhorn when the evidence made it apparent that he was most likely guilty of the crime. The one person who seems to have stood by Ira Einhorn all the way down the line was Tom Beardan, who shared many of the Unicorn's conspiracy theories regarding the use of psychotronics to monitor and control human behavior and modify weather patterns. Unfortunately, we'll probably never know the full story of what happened to Holly Maddox. Nor will we learn whether this whole sordid tale really was spun around a tangled web of psychotronics, murder and mind control, with Ira Einhorn made the ceremonial scapegoat of a tragic conspiracy.

In all my readings of Dick I've never seen mention of anything in regards to brain implants. I find this rather odd in that in all the other cases where I've researched this sort of brain tampering, implants seem always to play a role in the scenario. I believe Phil might have received a brain implant during dental surgery which occurred just prior to his fabled first visit from VALIS (Vast Active Living Intelligence System) chronicled in his novels Radio Free Albemuth and VALIS. Both are fictionalized accounts of these bizarre though real-life occurrences which began in March, 1974. (Also see the autobiographical account of this documented in Dick's Exegesis.) As the story goes, Phil went one day to have some major work done on his teeth and later - when he arrived back home - a delivery was made from the local pharmacy of a pain killer to soothe Phil's aching mouth. The deliverer of this bottle of relief was none other than a hip, foxy chick with a Christian fish hanging from her neck. I'll not pursue now the deep significance of this Christian fish symbol, but suffice it to say its impact upon Phil was enormous in respect to the events that transpired after this fish swam into his life over waves of breast and cleavage. The young lady in question said a few cryptic words, then mysteriously disappeared forever into the ocean of human life. Phil theorized that this young lady - who claimed to be a Christian - delivered unto him some sort of veiled Gnostic knowledge, which afterwards proceeded to unfold its answers gradually to a whole host of hidden Gnostic secrets for several years.

Another scenario might have been that this young lady was on an intelligence mission, delivering some kind of drug to not only soothe Phil's pain-ridden mouth, but also to help activate the devices that had surreptitiously been inserted into Phil's head during the dental surgery. Yet another possible explanation is that the short cryptic sentence the Fish Lady uttered was in reality some sort of codeword which triggered this mind-control apparatus into operation. Oddly enough, it was later on this very same day that Phil's "visions" first began.

To suggest that a dentist might have planted psychotronic receptors into the mouth and head of the greatest science fiction writer of all time might seem utterly preposterous, but nonetheless connections between certain dentists and mind control implants is not a new one. The opportunity to insert said devices during dental surgery - while the patient's anesthetized mind is off dancing in the merry land of Nitrous Oxide - is most definitely there, and one that would not readily be suspected by his/her patient/victim.

According to master conspiratologist John Judge, Uri Geller's "dentist was the person who first developed the patents on six different of the earliest mind-control devices for the CIA and military intelligence, which were actually radio transmitter implants into the jaw and teeth so that instructions could be heard through the teeth..."

Coincidentally (or maybe not so coincidentally) lra Einhorn had formed an intense relationship with not only Uri Geller but with his mentor, Dr. Andrija Puharich, whose respective characters in recent years have both been called into question. This is in regards to suspicious Intelligence contacts and the spread of disinformation and hoax proliferation vis-a-vis UFOs and psychic phenomena. What interest, one might ask, would intelligence agencies have had in Phil Dick? One area might have been his anti-war stance; in the late sixties Phil signed a petition which appeared in Ramparts opposing America's involvement in Vietnam. Shortly thereafter his apartment was ransacked, a safe blown open, and various documents stolen. Phil at the time suspected the CIA and/or FBI to be responsible for the break-in.

Even though at the outset Phil felt the emanations invading his mind were of a malevolent nature, in time he began to believe they were something entirely different. In a letter to Einhorn dated February 10, 1978, Phil went into more depth on these psychotronic transmissions, claiming that they "seemed sentient." Phil felt that an alien life form existing in some upper layer of the Earth's atmosphere had been attracted by the Soviet psychotronic transmissions. Apparently, this alien life form operated as a "station", tapping into some sort of interplanetary communication grid that "contained and transmitted vast amounts of information." Initially what Phil received were the Soviet transmissions, but eventually this alien life form - whom Phil called Zebra (and later, VALIS) - became "attracted or potentiated by the Soviet microwave psychotronic transmissions." This paralleled similar experiences Nicola Tesla had had with ETI's, where Tesla had been contacted by "what he believed to be signals from another planet," quoting Einhorn from CoEvolution Quarterly.

Over the years that followed this alien entity vastly improved Dick's mental and physical well-being in a number of ways. It gave Phil "complex and accurate information about myself and also about our infant son which, Zebra said, had a critical and undiagnosed birth defect which required emergency and immediate surgery. My wife rushed our baby to the doctor and told the doctor what I had said (more precisely what Zebra had said to me) and the doctor discovered that it was so. Surgery was scheduled for the following day - i.e. as soon as possible. Our son would have died otherwise." Phil wasn't just blowing smoke rings about this incident. His wife Tessa and others have since confirmed this story regarding the medical conditions of himself and his son, Christopher. Phil felt Zebra was totally benign, and it held great contempt for the Soviets and their psychotronic experiments. Furthermore, Zebra informed Phil that the Earth was dying, and that spray cans were "destroying the layer of atmosphere in which Zebra... existed."

Some have questioned whether Phil had created an immense hoax regarding Zebra/VALIS, or if he was actually "crazy as a soapdish", as Harlan Ellison recently stated in an interview with Larry King. Were his "visions" simply delusions of which Phil tried to make some sense throughout his many theological musings in the Exegesis? From a clinical standpoint, a condition known as Frontal Lobe Epilepsy might explain the visions which appeared to Phil. Or could it all have been exactly as Phil first assumed: psychotronic mind control transmissions beamed at him from Russia or God knows where else? Was Phil just pulling our gullible legs? The same could be asked of Kerry Thornley, with his many tall tales of sinister spiders spinning conspiratorial webs.

My response is yes, they both have probably pulled our legs a bit, but so what? It has surely made the world a hell of a lot more interesting place in which to live - has it not? - what with the twisted tales they've shared of alien and foreign influences beaming microwave missives into their abstruse minds.

POWER, RESONANCE, AND NATURE

AT THE 2ND SYMPATHETIC VIBRATORY PHYSICS SYMPOSIUM

(c)1989 by Michael Riversong

originally published in Borderlands Magazine, posted with permission

On May 20 and 21, 1989, a small group of scientists and music lovers gathered in Colorado Springs to get news on the latest developments in Sympathetic Vibratory Physics. The event was the 2nd International Keely Symposium, having been named for John Ernst Worrell Keely, the pioneer researcher in this field over 100 years ago. Keely put together some very interesting machines in his time. At the conference, several of the speakers explored the principles behind these devices, and gave presentations and ideas that extend this work.

Sympathetic Vibratory Physics deals with the study of waveforms, harmonics, and resonance as applied to problems of power. As stated in the masthead of the Journal of Sympathetic Vibratory Physics, "...all forces are derived from One Force and all things are connected through sympathetic attunement." Speakers included Dale Pond, the organizer of the Symposium; Pamela Hughes, a noted harpist and music healer; Walter Baumgartner, the publisher of Energy Unlimited Magazine; Peter Kelly of Interdimensional Research; Jerry Decker of Vanguard Sciences; Ben Iverson, mathematician, and others.

Dale Pond, Dan Davidson, Jerry Decker, Walter Baumgartner, and Peter Kelly each demonstrated design possibilities for devices that can be built now, based on already established principles of resonance and harmony. These devices have the capability of generating energy much more efficiently than anything available today, while using little or no critical natural resources and apparently producing no pollution. The variety of possible designs is quite large, and prototypes of several of the devices have been built and are now being tested.

Baumgartner has made a thorough study of Viktor Schauberger's work in Vortexian Mechanics, which stems from an observation that inside natural vortexes in streams of water, antigravity effects have been observed. He publishes a magazine called Energy Unlimited, which goes into detail on these designs. Also, several articles in past issues of The Journal of Borderland Research provide more details on Schauberger's work.

Decker and Pond are attempting to reconstruct some of Keeley's original designs, and reported on the progress of their work. Decker has observed three enharmonic natural forces that he named Pressor, Harmonic, and Dominant. Pressor causes molecular disassociation. Harmonic reduces molecular activity. Dominant rearranges the mode of oscillation and makes transmutation possible. By changing proportions of these forces in an object, you change the mass at will, and thus can produce levitation, transmutation, and manifestation by natural law. Drawing heavily on the work of Walter Russell, Decker gave many illustrations of the way matter can be transformed.

Peter Kelly explored magnetic fields and energy in depth.

He said that, if you remove the magnetic component of any wave, you have total access to its "energy as information". This is how to get leverage with natural forces, allowing you to do "anything that you're clever enough to do". He said that psychotronics is essentially the process of removing a magnetic field long enough to get that access. The Earth's magnetic field is in a period of decrease right now, which partially explains why so much is happening on the planet. This field has declined by 30% since measurements were first taken. It is also possible to phase-cancel a local human body magnetic stress, thus allowing healing to take place. This is the principle behind many psychotronic devices. Think of the human body as a semiconductor matrix to understand this better. Peter also mentioned how waves consistently ride on top of waves, which opens up a universe of operational possibilities.

Of course, time and again it was noted how many of the people who work on free-energy or psychotronic devices undergo serious persecution or, worse, complete apathy from society. Dan Davidson explored this phenomenon in detail and concluded that, for free energy to actually happen, the inventor is going to have to be willing to give the concept away, in order to avoid persecution.

Shine Richards of Earth Resonance explored the keynotes of nature, and better ways to visualize gravity and magnetism. In a presentation suffused with numerous illustrations, he introduced the work of P.J.J. See, a mathematician and astronomer who lived about 70 years ago. Significantly, Shine concluded that all spherical bodies have a resonance to each other by virtue of their shape. This concept opens up more design possibilities for radionic and free energy devices. Some of Shine's work will be the subject of future articles in the Journal.

Ben Iverson made a dramatic announcement of "The Grand Unified Field Theory". Iverson, a civil engineer by trade, has spent over 40 years researching Quantum Arithmetic, a discipline that ties together physics, astronomy, music, and pure mathematics in a science of proportion and harmony. In his announcement, he showed how it is possible to calculate any dimension of a system by knowing the proportions between components of the system along with any one dimension. He then illustrated how this process applies to music, geometry, astrophysics, and the I Ching.

Iverson used a test case of the distance of the Earth from the Sun as a model for the way many other natural processes work. Because of the elliptical shape of the Earth's orbit, the proportions of the orbit work out to a sequence of 59, 1, 60, 1. These proportions are actually more important than the numbers in miles. They also create a harmonic cycle that causes the Earth to pass through a triangulated quantum point about every 3 days, 1 hour, and 1 minute. The quantum points alternate between negative and positive, and may help to explain certain cyclic chemical phenomena, such as crystal structure variations and neurotransmitter "tides". The Earth's orbit is no different from an electron orbit, so Iverson used the 38th spectrum line of chlorine to illustrate how a similar set of harmonic proportions determines the binding site to atoms of sodium to form salt.

The legendary "Music of the Spheres" works in harmonic proportions as well, and involves the fourth force of the Universe. This music is plotted out in the Chinese Book of Permutations, known as the I Ching. Keynotes given in that book can be shown to match those developed independently by Archimedes several centuries later.

Music is a vital part of the science of the future. Many of the devices that could produce more efficient energy work on musical principles. Some of Keely's motors built in the 1880's actually were started by singing or playing a musical note. Pamela Hughes, who studied with Laurel Elizabeth Keyes, discussed how music works on a technical level to hurt or help the human body. For every pain or blocked area, there is a companion tone. When there is reverberation, music seems to have a more powerful effect on the body. She also mentioned that every part of the human body is somehow involved in hearing, especially the heart. At the end of her talk, she sang and played a very powerful healing song called "Angel and Animal" that deeply touched everyone at the conference.

Lia Lissant, a composer and scientist from the San Francisco area, presented a dramatic new set of terminology for phenomena associated with music and healing. She also said that digitallyrecorded music does not possess the full frequency characteristics necessary for proper reception by human body cells, and strongly advocated an enhancement of analog recording techniques. Later in the conference, Lia gave a fun demonstration of the phenomenon of "party levitation". Both Lia and Pamela emphasized the fact that the human mind is the ultimate healing and energy-producing instrument.

A Soviet device that bombards brains with low-frequency
radio waves may be a replacement for tranquilizers and their
unwanted side effects, says a researcher, but it's use on
humans poses ethical and political questions.

[Eleanor White's note: More recent stories state that the
same brain rhythm entrainment can be done with much higher
carrier frequencies as well. It is the biorhythm pulse
rate that creates the effects.]

The machine, known as the LIDA, is on loan to the Jerry L.
Pettis Memorial Veterans Hospital through a medical exchange
program between the Soviet Union and the United States.

Hospital researchers have found in changes behaviour in
animals.

"It looks as though instead of taking a valium when you want
to relax yourself it would be possible to achieve a similar
result, probably in a safer way, by the use of a radio field
that will relax you" said Dr. Ross Adey, chief of research
at the hospital.

[Missing one line on the photocopy] ... manual shows it
being used on a human in a clinical setting, Adey said.
The manual says it is a "distant pulse treating apparatus"
for psychological problems, including sleeplessness, hyper-
tension and neurotic disturbances.

The device has not been approved for use with humans in this
country, although the Russians have done so since at least
1960, Adey Said.

Low frequency radio waves simulate the brain's own
electromagnetic current and produce a trance-like state.

Adey said he put a cat in a box and turned on the LIDA.

"Within a matter of two or three minutes it is sitting there
very quietly ... it stays almost as though it were transfixed"
he said.

Tho hospital's experiment with the machine has been underway
for three months and should be completed within a year,
Adey said.

Below is a statement from Dr. Eldon Byrd, neuro-electromagnetic
researcher, under contract to the U.S. Navy, who funded Dr. Adey's
work with the LIDA machine:

"The LIDA machine was made in the 1950's by the Soviets. The CIA
purchased one through a Canadian front for Dr. Ross Adey, but
didn't give him any funds to evaluate it.

"I provided those funds from my project in 1981, and he determined
that the LIDA would put rabbits into a stupor at a distance and
make cats go into REM.

"The Soviets included a picture with the device that showed an
entire auditorium full of people asleep with the LIDA on the
podium. The LIDA put out an electric field, a magnetic field,
light, heat, and sound (of course light and heat are
electromagnetic waves, but at a much higher frequency than the low
frequencies of the electric and magnetic fields mentioned above).

"The purported purpose of the LIDA was for medical treatments;
however, the North Koreans used it as a brain washing device
during the Korean War. The big question is: what did they do
with the technology? It could have been improved and/or made
smaller. It is unlikely that they abandoned something that
worked.

"Direct communication with Ross Adey: While he was testing the
LIDA 4, an electrician was walking by and asked him where he got
the "North Korean brain washing machine". Ross told him that is
was a Russian medical device.

"The guy said he had been brain-washed by a device like that when
he was in a POW camp. They placed the vertical plates alongside
his head and read questions and answers to him. He said he felt
like he was in a dream. Later when the Red Cross came and asked
questions, he responded with what had been read to him while under
the influence of the device. He said he seemed to have no control
over the answers.

"The LIDA is PATENTED IN THE US. Why? They are not sold in the
US--the only one I know that exists is the one that was at Loma
Linda Medical Center where Adey used to work. Eldon"

LIDA patent, U.S. #3,773,049

Cheryl Welsh, Davis CA, provided text from a clipping from an
article by Dr. Ross Adey but without complete bibliographic
references:

"Soviet investigators have also developed a therapeutic device
utilizing low frequency square wave modulation of a radiofrequency
field. This instrument known as the Lida was developed by L.
Rabichev and his colleagues in Soviet Armenia, and is designed for
"the treatment of neuropsychic and somatic disorders, such as
neuroses, psychoses, insomnia, hypertension, stammering, bronchia
asthma, and asthenic and reactive disturbances".

It is covered by U.S. Patent # 3,773,049. In addition to the
pulsed RF field, the device also delivers pulsed light, pulsed
sound, and pulsed heat. Each stimulus train can be independently
adjusted in intensity and frequency.

The radiofrequency field has a nominal carrier frequency of 40 MHz
and a maximum output of approximately 40 Watts. The E- field is
applied to the patient on the sides of the neck through two disc
electrodes approximately 10 cm in diameter. The electrodes are
located at a distance of 2-4 cm from the skin.

Optimal repetition frequencies are said to lie in the range from 40
to 80 pulses per minute. Pulse duration is typically 0.2 sec. In
an 8 year trial period, the instrument was tested on 740 patients,
including adults and children. Postivive therapeutic effects were
claimed in more..." can't read the rest. Cheryl

The Psychotronic Generator:

The Psychotronic Generator:

Is a Czechoslovakian scientist's invention based on the energy transmitted from life fields. Even though life fields were suspected to exist, it was not until the Russians developed the Kirlian photography process that we could actually observe these fields.

The secrets of the Psychotronic generator were discovered by Robert Pavilita. He began his search through the archives of Czech libraries for the fabled psychotronic devices, he found his information in old manuscripts that had not been researched for centuries. Pavilita found that by combining various metals and making them into a critical shape, he could manufacture devices, which would store Bio-energy for a specific purpose. He has even used specially treated wood.

30 Years of experimentation went on until the physics department decided to do some tests. An electric motor was set up with a free spinning device attached to it. Pavilita's generator was placed next to the motor. Pavilita focused his mental energy on his generator and the free spinning attachment on the motor slowed to a stand-still and started to spin backwards against the thrust of the motor as Pavilita continued to focus on his generator the university studied Pavilita and concluded after 2 years of test that an unknown form of energy was involved and that there was definitely no fraud involved.

This stored "PK" energy is not new. In 1921 July 30th edition of the British Medical magazine 'Lancet' it was reported that a Dr. Charles Russ showed the ophthalmic congress at Oxford an apparatus that coursed a solenoid to move by merely gazing at it. There have been many others since this, but it was left to Pavilita to commercialise the process for patents.

It was found that this psychotronic energy could be transferred from humans to inert materials such as paper, wood, silk, ect. This energy was clearly not electrostatic in nature because it works just as well under water.

The Czech Scientists believe that everyone has psychic abilities, but they are blocked by our belief system, so we are unaware of them. To evoke them we need a device such as a psychotronic generator. The generator that Pavilita built resembles ancient ritual artifacts. Displayed in museums around the world. If anyone can find pictures of these devices please contact me.

The method of making them work is to gaze at them. After several minutes sufficient charge is stored for the device to be able to perform usefully. One device when charged was used to pick up all sorts of non-magnetic objects the same way an electro-statically-charged device would, except it worked under water. Even more tests showed it worked in all conditions. Experiments were done with seeds; Psychotronic energy almost doubled the growth rate of the seeds in some experiments. The energy was also used to clear polluted water.

Tests showed that the energy actually changed the molecular structure of the water itself and spread the two by hydrogen atoms further apart. The energy dose not appear to originate from the brain or any one organ of the body, but the entire life-field itself. Tests with EEG machines found that people who were in the process of charging these machines showed an unusual brain-wave pattern. The only dominant physical effect noticed is that the charging process does not work so well when the person charging the device is tired.

The Psychotronic generator that was designed to power an electric motor required an initial "charge" of half an hour and then only a few minutes a day, apparently running continuously for 50 hours. Tests were done on living animals. Humans exposed to the directed energy of one of there generators would feel disorientated and nauseous. Snails withdrew into their shells when exposed to the energy. A doughnut shaped generator was found to kill flies placed inside it, instantly.

The critical thing to these devices is the shape and form. The smaller devices can collect and store personal P.K. energy. The larger ones appear to store some form of unknown cosmic energy. The scientists investigating these devices consider that a pyramid is a large cosmic Psychotronic generator. In an experiment a rectangular shaped Psychotronic device was used to pick iron fragments off a magnet, overcoming the magnetic force. Even in water!

The Czech Scientists believe that this energy might be the same force that allows Psychic healers to remove a person's health problems. Allow URI Geller to sprout beans in the palm of his hand and allow people like Nelya Mikhailova to move small objects at a distance by starring at them

Πώς θα μπορούσαν να χωρέσουν σε μια συζήτηση ο έρωτας, ο Θεός, το ρίσκο και η επιστήμη; Ποια είναι τα σημεία συνάντησης μεταξύ επιστήμης και θεολογίας; Πώς αντιλαμβάνεται η Ορθοδοξία τον έρωτα του Θεού απέναντι στο δημιούργημά του, τον άνθρωπο;
